Porn production stopped after possible HIV-positive test(for more go to http://howpeopledo.com)

The adult entertainment industry’s trade association has called for a standard hold on pornography production after a performer possibly tested positive for HIV.

The association, Free Speech Coalition, announced the hold on Saturday, April 15. In a press release, the coalition wrote that the possibly positive test came from an unnamed performer who hadn’t participated in any productions with fluid exchange since their last negative test, and that they hadn’t worked on an adult set during the window of possible transmission.

The coalition is retesting the performer to see if the test was a false positive.

“Out of an abundance of precaution, we are asking that producers stop filming until we are able to confirm all facts. We will also proactively begin partner notification and retest anyone who might have had contact with the performer since their last clear test,” the message from executive director Eric Paul Leue reads.

Leue wrote that it’s been more than a decade since the porn industry saw an on-set transmission of HIV. He also expressed that the production hold is standard procedure—the coalition will call for a hold if there’s a possible HIV exposure within the community.

Chanel Preston, an adult film actress and chairperson for the Adult Performer Advocacy Committee, told the New York Post that current protocol for positive HIV testing requires a three-day hold. The committee has backed the coalition’s production hold call, and has asked other performers be compassionate toward the situation and not speculate on the performer’s identity.

“The purpose of the hold is to determine…if the results were a false positive and…if not, what the risk to the performer pool is.” Preston wrote to the Post. “As of now, we are still waiting for a confirmatory test to come back to determine if the test was a false positive. The test we use is extremely sensitive and false positives are very possible.”

Adult industry journalist Tod Hunter told Forbes that the hold is a result of the industry being responsible about on-set HIV transmission prevention. Hunder said the industry has ramped up testing in recent years as a way to reduce the likelihood of transmission, noting that defining guidelines have changed from a “recent” test to a monthly test to tests every two weeks.

An announcement from Leue published Monday reads that new test results and partner lists are expected to be confirmed by Tuesday. Based on current information, however, Leue wrote that the coalition doesn’t believe that there is an HIV threat to other performers. Leue also asked the community to not disclose the performer’s identity because of stigma related to HIV.

“Regardless of whether or not the test is confirmed as positive, all performers deserve medical privacy and personal compassion—values our community has fought for forcefully over the past several years,” Leue wrote. “Fear, shame and stigma are preventable.”

Samsung Galaxy Note 6: An Innovation to the World(for more go to http://howpeopledo.com)

Even before the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has been available in the market, talks of the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 are making the rounds. What are the features that we could possibly expect from this upcoming innovation to the world?

The Note 6 is said to have a 16-core processor. With reportedly an Android Marshmallow (Android 6.0), your Android OS will help you manage your apps permissions better and help you extend your battery life. This phone may also give you more storage space as it is said to have upwards of 64 GB internal memory. Some speculations even put it at 256 GB of internal memory.

You may be looking at an auto-focus, 30 MP primary camera with a 16 MP front camera. The rumored flexible or foldable display will have with it a 4k resolution for better and clearer readability. One of the best things that we can expect is something called the fast-charging technology. This will mean a shorter time for your battery to reach its full charge. As with all other Samsung Galaxy Notes, the Note 6 will come with a stylus pen. It will be perfect to use on a phone with the screen of a tablet. We can expect a 6” to 6.2” display.

With all of these specifications, you can bet that the Note 6 is designed for high-end, multi-tasking, on-the-go people. But what exactly do all these fancy words mean? Allow us to break it down for you.

In today’s world where everyone is in a rush and all things can be done with the click of a button, the Note 6 will be a reliable smartphone for you to have. With its high level processor, otherwise known as the computer in your smartphone, you can process multiple tasks at once without sacrificing speed. You can expect to be able to do multiple tasks just with a few clicks of a button. Example, if there is a file that you wish to unzip from your email and choose to watch YouTube videos while replying to messages, all these processes may be done quickly since there will technically be 16 tiny CPUs to make all these things possible. As an added bonus, the Android OS that comes with the Note 6 will be able to stop apps that are running in the background which spells out a longer battery life.

With more battery life, expect to take more selfies and pictures. Because of the high resolution of the Note 6’s primary and front camera, your pictures will come out clearer. But should your battery reach its re-charging point, don’t worry because the fast-charging technology will allow the battery to recharge in a shorter period of time. It will take only a moment before you are reunited with your masterpiece of a device.

Expect the Note 6 to be available towards the third quarter of this year. Of course, because of its superior features, this unit will not be cheap. You still have a few months to save for it, though.

Report: Megyn Kelly partially pushed to leave Fox News by Bill O’Reilly(for more go to http://howpeopledo.com)

According to two sources familiar with the matter, Kelly’s departure from Fox News was partially fueled by O’Reilly’s repeated dismissal of sexual harassment accusations against network founder Roger Ailes, who was ousted last year after host Gretchen Carlson sued Ailes and Fox News for sexual harassment. Of those accusations were Kelly’s, who included her own harassment accusations in her latest book.

The behavior in question began when O’Reilly appeared on CBS This Morning on Nov. 15 to discuss his new children’s book, and he was asked about Kelly’s accusations (her book had been published that day). O’Reilly replied saying he wasn’t “interested,” and he expanded by saying, “I am not interested in basically litigating something that is finished that makes my network look bad.”

“Look, it’s open season,” O’Reilly said. “Let’s whack the Fox News Channel. I’ve had enough of it. It’s a good place to work. All right?”

In response, Kelly allegedly sent an email to the new co-presidents of the network, writing that O’Reilly’s comments were inappropriate and that he had no business lecturing women about sexual harassment—in 2004, O’Reilly settled harassment allegations made by a producer for $9 million.

Kelly also said this “push for blind loyalty” for Fox is what led to the company’s culture of silencing sexual harassment accusations in the first place. Multiple people had knowledge of the email, and four spoke to the Times anonymously.

O’Reilly doubled down on his comments later that day on the The O’Reilly Factor, playing a clip of his CBS appearance and saying he was “not amused” by the subject matter’s turn toward allegations against his company and Ailes.

“If you don’t like what’s happening in the workplace, go to human resources or leave,” O’Reilly said. Kelly announced her departure in January.

Earlier this month, the Times reported that Bill O’Reilly and Fox News had settled five sexual harassment suits against the host, leading to more than 50 advertisers pulling out from The O’Reilly Factor. O’Reilly is currently on vacation from the show, the fate of his future with the network in the hands of the owners, the Murdoch family.
